Description

Photorejuvenation is an effective method of skin rejuvenation that. removes pigmentation and stimulates the synthesis of collagen in the skin, making it smoother and firmer. The Elos Plus photorejuvenation procedure is the world's first and only procedure based on the simultaneous combined use of both bi-polar radio waves and optical energy and is one of the best skin tissue remodellers. The device uses an active skin temperature control device that controls the temperature of the skin tissues throughout the procedure to prevent overheating and associated side effects.

Procedure info: 

Avoid tanning and the use of self-tanning creams before the procedure. At least 3 months should have passed since any chemical peels or surgical procedures on the face. Avoid the intake of photosensitising medications and foods prior to the procedure.

After the procedure: 

After 2-3 days of the procedure, avoid washing the treated area with water and any irritating activities (sauna, mechanical irritation, sweating). 2-3 days after the procedure there may be severe redness, swelling of the skin. It is characteristic to have brown spots on the skin after the procedure, which will disappear within 5-10 days. After the procedure, we recommend avoiding sunbathing for up to 4 weeks. We recommend the use of sunscreen when in the sun.

Recommended course of procedures:

To achieve the best results, it is recommended to repeat the procedures 1-3 times at 3-4 week intervals. To achieve long-term results, it is a good idea to perform 1-2 additional procedures per year.
