Before the procedure
- Avoid sunbathing and tanning beds for at least 5 days before the treatment.
- Do not use strong home products containing acids or retinol for 5 days prior to the procedure.

After the procedure
- Use SPF 30+ sunscreen every day.
- Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and intense heat (sauna, steam room) for at least 7 days.
- Do not use strong acids or retinol on the face for 7 days.
- Drink plenty of water and support your skin with home care products recommended by your specialist.
