Profhilo® is a unique and patented injectable product based on hyaluronic acid, combining both low and high molecular weight HA.

Before the procedure
- Avoid blood-thinning substances. Do not consume aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil capsules, or alcohol for at least 48 hours before the procedure – these may increase the risk of bruising.
- Avoid strong facial treatments. Refrain from chemical peels, laser treatments, or other intensive facial procedures for at least 5 days prior to treatment.
- Come with clean, makeup-free skin. On the day of the procedure, do not apply foundation, creams, or sunscreen. The skin should be clean and dry.
- Inform us about your health condition Let the specialist know if you have allergies, chronic illnesses, acute skin issues, or if you are taking any medications – this helps ensure both safety and the quality of results.
After the procedure
- Avoid touching or rubbing the injection area for at least 2 hours.
- Do not apply makeup to the treated area for 12 hours.
- Avoid alcohol and physical activity (e.g., workouts) for 24 hours.
- Do not use a sauna, hot bath, or steam treatments for 24 hours.
- Avoid intensive facial treatments in the same area for 14 days (laser, peels, etc.).
- Protect the treated area from UV exposure (use SPF50), especially if bruising or sensitivity occurs.
- Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur – this is normal and should resolve within 1–3 days.

The recommended course is 2 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. However, results are visible already after the first session. The effect lasts up to 6–12 months. For maintenance, the procedure can be done once a year.
