How can I cancel my time?
Cancellations can be made by calling +372 5676 7259 or by e-mailing [email protected] Please give at least 24 hours' notice. If you have booked a service with a special offer, the discount will be cancelled! The discount will not be lost if the booking is rescheduled in time (at least 24 hours in advance). You can reschedule a booking made under a special offer no more than twice! Unfortunately, changing your booking a third time will not allow you to keep the discount!
How long can I use the service I have ordered?
You can use the service for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How much does it cost to consult a specialist?
Consultation with a qualified specialist in our clinic is completely free of charge.
Is there a hire purchase option?
You can apply for a hire-purchase at our clinic. We offer postpayment in cooperation with Modena Estonia OÜ.
How can I pay at the clinic, is it possible to pay by instalments?
You can pay by cash or card. It is also possible to pay by instalments.
Is it possible to buy a gift card?
In our clinic you can buy gift cards worth 50EUR, 100EUR.
What languages does the clinic staff speak?
Our staff speaks Estonian and Russian, and many of our specialists speak English.
What are the clinic opening hours?
We've done it all for your beauty and health, and the clinic is open every day. Clinic hours are 10:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 11:00-19:00 on weekends.
