Our goal at Melior Clinics is to offer not only professional services but also confidence and flexibility throughout your beauty journey. We understand that every client is unique, and sometimes the initially chosen procedure may not be the most suitable. Therefore, we offer a flexible right of exchange at our clinic.

When Is the Right of Exchange Useful?

  • If you want to purchase a service at a promotional or discounted price, but you're not sure if it’s the best choice for you.
  • If you want to make a purchase and book the appointment for a later date to lock in the current price.
  • If you want to gift a specific procedure but leave the recipient the option to make the final choice based on their needs.

How Does the Right of Exchange Work?

If, during the initial consultation, it is determined that the purchased service is unsuitable for medical, aesthetic, or health reasons:

  • We offer an alternative service within the same price range or according to the current price list.
  • If the new service is more expensive, you only pay the price difference.
  • The exchange applies to both the client and the gift card recipient.
  • The service replacement will be based on the specialist's recommendations – aiming to ensure safety and the best result.

If the exchange is for a cheaper service, no refund will be issued. You can leave the money as a deposit and use it for your next visit!

Promotions and Standard Prices

If the service was purchased during a promotion or special offer and it turns out to be unsuitable, it can be replaced with an appropriate alternative service from the same promotional selection – even if the promotion is no longer active.

If no suitable service is found within the same promotion, we offer the option to choose a new service based on the current price list or the currently active promotional offer.

If the service was purchased at the standard price, the same conditions apply – the exchange will occur according to the current price list or the active promotion.

Gift Cards

The Right of Exchange also applies to procedure-based gift cards.

If the service listed on the gift card does not suit the recipient, it can be replaced with a more suitable service according to the current price list or active promotion. If necessary, only the price difference needs to be paid.
