Full Face approach
“Full Face” does not mean that everyone gets everything. It means we look at the face as a whole — proportions, muscle activity and supportive structure — and choose the solution personally for you.
What does the Full Face approach mean?
The Full Face approach may include:
- botulinum therapy,
- dermal fillers,
- COG lifting threads,
- or a combination of both.
The exact plan is always chosen during a personal consultation, based on your face’s needs — not a predefined “one-size-fits-all” scheme.
Full Face procedure price: from 750 €.
Full Face always starts with a consultation.
Botulinum in the Full Face approach
The effect of botulinum toxin is not just about “switching off” one wrinkle. When planned and performed professionally, it can:
- relax muscles that pull the brows and facial contours downward,
- help opposing muscles work in better harmony,
- create a subtle lifting effect without surgery,
- make the expression softer, more open and rested.
The goal is not a “done” face — it’s a naturally fresher you. Yes, the frown line may soften, but the overall proportions and openness of the face improve too.
When do we use botulinum toxin?
Primarily when facial muscles are overactive and the expression looks tense or tired.
The aim is not “freezing” — it’s calming movement and restoring balance.
Fillers in the Full Face approach
We use fillers when the face has lost supportive structure and volume. Fillers can help:
- restore proportions,
- improve contours,
- support the face’s natural framework,
- create a more balanced and harmonious overall look.
What fillers do NOT mean
Fillers do not automatically mean “more volume”.
Often the goal is support and balance — not “more”.
Combined plan — when and why?
For many clients, the best outcome comes from combining botulinum toxin and fillers. This approach allows us to:
- avoid overfilling,
- achieve a more natural and longer-lasting result,
- treat the face holistically, not area-by-area.
The plan is always created during a personal consultation — not from a fixed template.
Less “more” in one place — more harmony overall.
Before & after results
Real clinic photos and visible improvement.
Results are individual and the exact plan is always selected in consultation.
If your goal is a fresher, more balanced look, the smartest start is a facial analysis — not a “single injection”.

Goal: My goal was quite specific: to slightly lift the lower-face sagging. A SMAS lift done about eight years ago had worked well, but the effect was gradually fading. At the same time, I wasn’t ready for a deep plane facelift — mentally or time-wise. I wanted an in-between solution that would refresh the face, not change it.
What we did: We performed a Full Face lift across the whole face. This means we don’t focus only on one wrinkle or one area, but look at the face holistically: forehead, eye area, mid-face and lower face. The goal is not to “freeze” but to balance muscle activity so the face opens up, the brow lifts subtly and the heaviness in the lower face decreases. Precisely dosed and correctly placed botulinum toxin can create a visible lifting effect without losing natural expression.
Outcome: I’m very happy with the result. My face stayed natural — soft and still “me”, just fresher. Nobody asked what I did, but several people said I look more rested and better. That’s exactly what I wanted. I truly believe that thanks to this procedure I won’t need surgery for a couple more years — and that’s a great outcome for me.
