CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Appointment by the Client
If for any reason the Client is unable to attend the scheduled procedure, the Client must notify Melior Clinic no later than 24 hours before the appointment using one of the following methods:
- By phone: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00, Sat 11:00–18:00 (Sun — closed) at +372 56767259
- By e-mail: [email protected]
- In person at Melior Clinic
If the Client informs Melior Clinic about the cancellation in accordance with the above requirements, the clinic will cancel the appointment and, if requested by the Client, book a new appointment time.
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the booking amount to cover service-related costs.
