Before and after the procedure

Before the procedure

  1. Drink plenty of water — a well-hydrated body supports lymphatic flow and toxin elimination.
  2. Avoid large meals 1–2 hours before the massage.
  3. Come with clean skin — avoid body balms and oils on the same day.

After the procedure

  1. Keep drinking water — it helps accelerate the body’s detoxification.
  2. Avoid alcohol and very salty foods for at least 24 hours to avoid overloading the lymphatic system.
  3. Take it easy — a more intense massage may cause mild bruising or muscle soreness, which usually resolves in 1–2 days.
  4. Avoid saunas and hot baths during the first 24 hours — this helps prevent irritation and maintain the effect of the treatment.
  5. To maximize results, we recommend a course (e.g., 6–10 sessions 2–3 times per week) and combining with other body treatments if needed (e.g., vacuum massage, EMS).

Is cellulite massage painful?

The massage may feel more intense than a relaxing massage, but it should not be painful. Some mild tenderness or redness may occur after the first sessions — this is normal and temporary. We always check in with you, and the pressure is adjusted to your comfort level.

How soon are results visible?

Visible improvements in skin smoothness and tone can appear after just a few sessions. However, the best and most lasting results are achieved through a course — we recommend at least 6–10 sessions, 2–3 times per week.

Does the massage actually help reduce cellulite?

Yes — regular cellulite massage improves blood and lymphatic circulation, reduces swelling, and smooths subcutaneous fat. For better results, we also recommend physical activity, proper hydration, and, if needed, dietary adjustments.

Can the procedure be done year-round?

Yes — cellulite massage can be performed in any season. It’s best to start a course in spring or autumn, but it's also ideal for summer prep or vacation readiness.

Which treatments can be combined with cellulite massage?

To enhance results, cellulite massage can be combined with: – vacuum massage or Endospheres therapy, – EMS (electrical muscle stimulation), – lymphatic drainage or infusion therapy (e.g., fat-burning IV drips). These combinations help boost metabolism, improve skin quality, and enhance results.

Can I work out after the massage?

If you feel well, light exercise can further stimulate lymph flow. However, we recommend avoiding very intense workouts immediately after the session.

Is this treatment suitable for men?

Yes, cellulite massage is suitable for both women and men. Many men use it to reduce subcutaneous fat and improve skin quality.
