Exosomes + Microneedling – Youthful Skin at the Cellular Level
Do you feel that your skin is dull, tired, or has lost its firmness?
The combination of exosomes and microneedling is a forward-looking skin rejuvenation and restoration procedure that works at the cellular level, helping to restore skin structure, radiance, and elasticity.
What are exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny biological particles naturally produced by cells, transmitting restorative and rejuvenating signals. In cosmetic use, they are purified and concentrated to:
- ☑ activate new cell and collagen production
- ☑ reduce micro-inflammation and skin sensitivity
- ☑ restore skin’s moisture balance and protective barrier
Why combine with microneedling?
Microneedling creates microchannels in the skin that:
- ☑ allow exosomes to penetrate deeper into skin layers
- ☑ stimulate the skin’s own regeneration processes
- ☑ improve blood circulation and nutrient delivery
Who is it suitable for?
- ☑ Skin looks tired, dull, or dry
- ☑ Early signs of aging: fine lines, loss of firmness
- ☑ Slow skin recovery or increased sensitivity
- ☑ Desire to prevent aging naturally and non-invasively

The procedure is generally tolerable. If necessary, we use a numbing cream, especially on sensitive areas such as the eye contour. After the procedure, the skin may be red and slightly warm for a few hours to a day.
The first changes (radiance, hydration, tightening sensation) are noticeable within 5–7 days. The skin continues to regenerate over several weeks – the full effect develops within 3–6 weeks.
Yes, exosomes have anti-inflammatory properties and support the skin barrier. The procedure is not performed during a rosacea flare-up, but in a stable condition, it can even be beneficial.
Not recommended. On the day after the procedure, avoid makeup, sweating, sauna, and strong skincare products to allow the skin time to recover. You can return to your normal routine the next day.
No. While all stimulate skin renewal, exosomes work on a different level – through intracellular signal transmission. This procedure also does not require blood collection or injections.
Yes. It works very well in combination with PRP, biorevitalization, LED light therapy, or laser treatments – but always at the right time and in the correct sequence. We will give precise recommendations during the consultation.
