Before the procedure
- Avoid tanning and solarium for at least 3 days before the procedure – UV rays can irritate the skin and increase sensitivity.
- Do not use retinol, acids, or exfoliating products 2–3 days before the treatment.
- Avoid alcohol and blood thinners (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) the day before the procedure.
- The skin should be clean, not recently exfoliated or mechanically irritated.
After the procedure
- Do not wash your face or apply makeup for at least 6–12 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid sauna, exercise, and heavy sweating for 24–48 hours.
- Do not use exfoliating products, acids, or retinoids for at least 5 days.
- If redness, sensitivity, or swelling occurs at the injection sites, it is normal and typically subsides within 1–2 days.
- Moisturize the skin with specialist-recommended products 2–3 times a day.
