Before the procedure
- 24–48 hours before the procedure: - Avoid alcohol - Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and other blood-thinning medications or supplements (e.g. Omega-3, Vitamin E) - Consult a specialist if you are taking prescription medications
- Arrive with clean skin. The skin must be clean and without cream – this ensures maximum hygiene and accuracy.
- Plan for a calm day. Since temporary redness or swelling may occur, it's good to have a relaxing day after the procedure.
After the procedure
- First 24–48 hours: - Do not use strong skincare products on the treated area - Avoid sauna, hot baths, and intense workouts - Do not touch or massage the injection site
- First 7 days: - Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds - Use SPF 50 sunscreen daily - Do not undergo other invasive treatments (e.g. laser, peels)
- Moisturizing and home care: Use specialist-recommended soothing and moisturizing creams Keep hydrated – drinking plenty of water helps support deep skin hydration

Yes, this treatment is suitable for both fresh pink/red striae and older white-silver stretch marks. Results depend on the depth of the marks and skin type – starting treatment early generally provides faster and better results. For older stretch marks, a longer course and combined approach (e.g. microneedling or fractional laser) may be needed.

Is there downtime? The procedure involves minimal discomfort – very fine needles are used, and numbing cream can be applied if needed.
