Do you dream of firmer, more even, and naturally radiant skin?
If your skin feels dull, pores bother you, or your face shows signs of fatigue that you don’t actually feel – Micro-Tox might be the gentle yet effective solution you’ve been looking for.

What is botulinum toxin and how does it work?

Botulinum toxin A, also known as “botulinum,” is a purified protein derived from a natural bacterium called Clostridium botulinum.
It is a toxin that in large quantities can be dangerous – which is why its name has historically been associated with the word “poison.”

In aesthetics, however, botulinum is used in very small, precisely controlled, and safe amounts, intended only to relax specific muscles or to address aesthetic or health concerns.
The administered dose does not affect the rest of the body and does not cause poisoning.

Botulinum can be compared to medicines like painkillers or antibiotics – in the wrong dose, they can be harmful, but in the correct dose, they are used for healing. The same applies to botulinum.

Good to know:

  • Botulinum is also used in medicine to treat children with cerebral palsy, chronic migraines, excessive sweating, and muscle spasms
  • In aesthetic medicine, its use is safe, extensively researched, and widespread around the world
Description

What is Micro-Tox and how does it work?

Micro-Tox is a modern microinjection procedure where a small amount of botulinum is injected into the superficial layers of the skin.
Unlike the classic botulinum toxin treatment, it does not paralyze facial muscles – your facial expressions remain natural and mobile.

What kind of results can you expect?

  • Smoother and more even skin
  • Fine lines and expression wrinkles become less visible
  • Pores tighten, especially in the T-zone
  • Oily or shiny skin becomes more balanced
  • Complexion becomes fresher and softer
  • Results appear within a few days to a week and last on average 3–6 months

Perfect if you:

  • Have fine lines around the eyes, forehead, or mouth
  • Have porous, shiny, or dull skin
  • Desire a clean and subtle result rather than a strong change in facial expression
  • Are looking for treatment also for the neck, décolletage, or eye area

What does the procedure involve?

  • The skin is cleansed and, if needed, numbed with cream
  • A very fine needle is used to gently inject microtoxins into the skin
  • The procedure takes about 30–40 minutes and requires minimal recovery
  • Mild redness or tiny dots may occur but usually disappear within 24 hours

If you want your skin to look clear, smooth, and freshly rested again – then Micro-Tox might be just right for you.

Is Micro-Tox the same as Botox?

No. Micro-Tox is not injected into the muscle, but into the skin. This means it doesn’t freeze facial expressions but gives the skin a calmer and smoother appearance.

How quickly does it work?

Results may start appearing within 3–7 days, with the maximum effect developing in 1–2 weeks.

How long does the effect last?

On average, 3–6 months, depending on skin condition and lifestyle.

Is the procedure painful?

Usually not. Very fine needles are used, and a numbing cream can be applied if needed. Most clients feel only a slight prickling sensation.

Can I go back to work or social events immediately?

Yes. There might be some mild redness or small marks, but these fade quickly. If desired, you can plan the procedure for a weekend or afternoon.
